The Royal Villa community is located in southern Morocco, eight miles south of the great imperial city of Marrakech. This ancient and picturesque red city has the Atlantic Ocean one hundred miles to the west, and the foothills of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains 30 miles to the south and east.
Only a 20 minute drive from Menara airport and the city, in the direction of the Ourika Valley and the Atlas Mountains. There are three golf courses close by.
10 luxury villas (most sold) are located on a 5-hectare (12 acre) secure, walled community with gate keeper. Entry is over a private bridge through an imposing entrance. There are three types of villa; Berber plot size 4000m² (1 acre), Sekkaia plot size 5000m² (1.25 acres), and Kobba 3,500m² (0.75 acres).
