Ecology:
The golf course and the shared green areas of the resort will be watered using recycled water. Indeed, thanks to its concern for environmental protection and sustainable development, the developer has contributed to the funding of the wastewater purification plant in the city of Marrakech, in order to obtain an annual allowance to be used for watering these areas. Certainly more expensive than standard drainage systems, the rainwater will not be expelled into the waste water system, but collected, filtered and reintroduced via infiltration wells directly into the ground water table, using procedures certified by the Marrakech water authority. The type of grass to be used for the course is Passpalum Platinum, which is more expensive but consumes much less water than other brands available on the market.
